If anyone knows how to deal with anxiety attacks, please let me know.
I feel like I get them all the time, now, and I don’t even know if that’s what they are. It’s more like I feel paralyzed by fear. I don’t even know what I’m afraid of, but it grabs my arms and legs and sometimes it doesn’t let go for hours. I can’t outrun it and I can’t outsmart it, I’m completely powerless until it decides to let me go. I hate it, and I don’t know what to do. Help?
